The Role

Edway Labour Hire is continuously looking for Web Administrators for our clients and we currently have several positions available in NSW and VIC. As a Web Administrator, you will maintain Web environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades, monitoring system performance & other supervisors.


Some of the key responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues
  • Identify or address interoperability requirements
  • Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data
  • Document application and web site changes or change procedures
  • Develop or document style guidelines for web site content
  • Test new software packages for use in web operations or other applications
  • Develop or implement procedures for ongoing web site revision
  • Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites
  • Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems
  • Recommend web site improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations
  • Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit loss of service
  • Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security
  • Inform web site users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates
  • Provide training or technical assistance in web site implementation or use


General Requirements:

  • Years of Experience: 2-3 years of relevant practical professional experience
  • Education: At least a degree level of Education
  • System Administration
  • Technical Understanding and Management
  • Problem solving
  • General Programming Skills
  • Internet Technologies
